You Say Sushi, I Say Sashimi

One of the joys of California life I learned about after moving here from the Midwest is sushi. I'm sure they must have had sushi in Minnesota, but I think they referred to it as bait. Now, sushi has hit the mega-star status of food groups, and you can find good sushi restaurants in most regions of the country.
